Now as the year comes to an end, fans are looking forward to seeing the charming lead actor in a thriller. With Kim Nam-gil and Lee Da-hee in the lead roles, the show is set to premiere globally on Prime Video. Based on a manhwa (webtoon), the TVing original tells the story of Won Mi-ho, the only daughter of her father who runs Daehan Group. Her arrogant and selfish attitude causes her to commit a mistake that leads her father to banish her to Jeju Island. At the island, she is assigned to work as a high school Ethics teacher. However, the island is one where evil roams free but Mi-ho is unaware of what she has gotten into. At Jeju Island, she meets other individuals who together join forces to survive against evil. Island Episodes 3 and 4 Release Date
Episodes 3 and 4 of TVing’s Island will release globally on Friday, 6th January at 12:00am KST (10:00pm ET). Expect the show to have 6 episodes in its first season with a possible renewal for a second season following that. Each episode of Island will have a run time of 45 to 50 minutes. Also expect episodes to drop with subtitles too.
How Many Episodes Will Island Have?
It has been revealed that Island will have a total of 6 episodes, with two episodes releasing every Friday over three weeks. With the release of Episodes 3 and 4, we will only have 2 more episodes remaining in this season of Island. In the first two episodes, we saw that Min-ho was sent back to Jeju Island, the place where she lived as a child. Meanwhile, Ban is a demon slayer who was trained to kill demons after he and Gung-tan were the only two surviving members of the first demon apocalypse years ago. Present-day Ban is following the lust demons killing them at every chance he gets. Ban is also protecting Min-ho who is the reincarnated version of their saviour who will protect the island from the demons. Meanwhile, Fr Giovanni (John) is also back in Jeju to protect Min-ho.
